All advance payments made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable.

The advance payment is required to confirm and secure the reservation of the selected vehicle for the agreed rental period. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or failure to collect the vehicle on the scheduled date, the advance payment shall not be refunded.

At the sole discretion of the Company, the advance payment may be retained as a credit and applied toward a future booking within a specified validity period, subject to vehicle availability at the time of rebooking. Such credit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

By making an advance payment, the customer confirms acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
